Location was superb. I did a lot of walking during my stay and the hotel was central to the city. River, canal, old district etc. Room was good. Very clean, which is the most important aspect for me. As I was there for three nights a comfy chair would have been nice as I didn't really have anywhere to read other than the bed. That said it was functional and did the job very well. Plenty of hanging space, safe etc. I didn't take breakfast The reception staff were excellent. Incredibly helpful and could speak English. Assisted me with opening times, airport bus times, finding a bike hire. Overall just perfect

My first visit to Toulouse and my stay at Hotel Albert 1er was very pleasant. The location was superb, right in the city centre and within walk in distance of most of the attractions in the city. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and friendly. And I really enjoyed the breakfast, which most times can be disappointing but this time was provided with local produce, and healthy options and it was very varied. I would recommend it.

Perfectly charming hotel in an ideal location in the heart of Toulouse. The room was excellent, the service outstanding and the breakfast very generous. Loved Toulouse and plan to return, and will choose this hotel to stay. Toulouse has a central city that is car free, so we deposited our car in a car park about 5 minutes walk from the hotel after depositing our bags at the hotel. The hotel is near many excellent restaurants and very up-market shops.

Le personnel,all very helpful and very pleasant .extremely knowledgeable about the city ( my birthplace actually ) Their willingness to take care of any issue or request,no matter when Breakfast was great and very healthy .and plentiful The cleanliness of the establishment Even the WiFi connection was easy and I am definitely not the best with digital technology great location parfait.perfect

Could do with more choice of hot drinks with the in-room machine but I am sure the hotel would oblige if asked. Staff were all excellent and very professional.
